Michele Davidson has many years of experience with Direct Instruction, and comes to NIFDI a skilled trainer and implementer. Michele has worked as a consultant at V2 Educational Services for 22 years, during which time she designed and developed training programs and trained teachers in DI programs. She also possesses great analytical skills, skills that she used to analyze student and instructor performance data to give timely feedback and recommend effective remedies for improvement. Michele has also worked as a tutor, working one on one with students to enhance their learning, as well as logging data to keep track of student progress. During her time as a pre-school teacher, Michele implemented academic and social programs for special needs children to be placed into integrated settings.

Michele graduated with honors from the University of Toronto, where she received her B.S. in Psychology. She followed up her undergraduate degree with a M.S. in Education from Niagara University.
