We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll accept returns upon written request within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in salable condition. Send an email to orders@nifdi.org for return instructions.
We will send a confirmation email once we receive your return, and the amount of the item(s) returned will be refunded via your original payment method. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Refunds/returns are not available for digital items.
